Canoe carving demonstration & workshop

Conversation in the Blues with Big Jon Short

Taste of Clarksdale

Coahoma Opportunities RSVP sponsors the annual "Taste of Clarksdale" April 21st from 10:30 to 1:30 in the Civic Auditorium, 506 East Second Street.  Tickets will be $10 at the door and there will be something for everyone; meats, vegetables, caseroles, salads, bread, soup and desserts from dozens of Clarksdale's best reataurants.

Monkeys riding dogs herding sheep

Professional rodeo cowboy Tim "Wild Thang" Lepard leads Team Ghost Riders, a group of sheep dogs and monkeys who provide one of the most entertaining acts ever.  

 

Performances will take place at 10:45AM, 12:45PM, 3:45PM and 5:30PM in the parking lot of the Delta Blues Museum on John Lee Hooker lane.
